  I can't imagine a more qualified group of professional Pilates teachers and instructors in one studio. Their professionalism doesn't end at teaching; the care and keeping of their clients is tremendous. I've made much progress with my fitness goals; alleviated shoulder and neck issues, improved posture, strength and tone. My husband of 25+ years says, "Baby, you've got curves!" Love this place!
